CONTACT WINNIPEG ANIMAL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL

Whether you’re coming to see us by referral or as a walk-in, we know you might be stressed and worried once you walk through our doors. This is why we’ve compiled a few tips to help make your arrival easier.

If you are reading this en route to our clinic, and it is safe to do so, please give us a call. If we can get a head start on collecting some information from you and an approximate arrival time, it will ensure we are prepared for your emergency.

There is free parking behind the clinic and our entrance is located on the front of the building, facing Pembina Hwy. You must ring the green buzzer at the front door and a staff member will be able to let you in. If your pet is heavy and recumbent, or aggressive to people or other animals, or you feel they are injured to the point where you don’t want to move them, please leave them in your vehicle. Once you notify our staff of your arrival, we can make arrangements to safely bring them into the clinic.

Once you are in the building, we will collect any additional information needed from you and the doctor will examine your pet. Estimates are always offered before we begin any diagnostics or treatments, so that you can decide how you would like to proceed.
